Is anyone else having problems playing games online via the XBOX One? I have a 12 month Gold subscription and when I try play an online game on FIFA 15 it tells me it failed to find a game even tho there are thousands of players online.

I have already changed the settings to not use my IP address to find people close by but still nothing has changed. Even when I try play the EA cups online, I get told there is no one.

Anyone here able to play online?

a search on google shows users on other forums experiencing the same issue not just in rsa.apparenly EA servers are useless and cant handle the load half the time.

Ahhh Ok.

I thought it maybe had something to do with us being in SA or maybe because of Unotelly settings on my router.

Hopefully this gets sorted out quickly.
 
Does anyone know of a website where players add their gamertags for online play? I have searched but can't anything really... Looking specifically for FIFA 15 and then maybe we can start a tournament of sorts?

I assume you're talking about Seasons here? I play almost every day for around an hour in the evenings (between 6:30-8PM), and search times vary. Sometimes it finds an opponent immediately, other times I have to search 4 or 5 times before finding someone (works out to about 10 minutes in waiting time altogether). I'd keep the "find people close by using the IP address" option, otherwise you might connect to overseas players, and it can get quite frustrating with the lag. Also, I have Unotelly setup on my Xbox, and as long as you've updated your IP address in the Unotelly setup, it shouldn't be a problem.

Your ISP can also have an affect. I find I get NAT issues and disconnects with Afrihost, but everything works perfectly fine with Webafrica. So try another ISP if you're with AH.

At the end of the day though, I suspect there's only a handful of local players gaming online, so it can be a bit of hit and miss when trying to find other local players.
 
I use webafrica too. Have tried a few times but never get any games. Also try at different times of the day too

I have unotelly setup on my router and update the ip a few times to check but still get nothing.

I unchecked the ip option because of the fact being I don't know how many local people play so thought I'd have more luck overseas. Honestly don't know what else I need to do.
