XBOX ONE Replacemnt

Hi

Does anyone know which company does the swopping of Xbox one consoles that is under warrentee.
i've been dealing with Seabourne the courier company only as per Microsoft Support but the problem is i received a faulty replacement. Now i'm having problems with the courier company not coming back to me to collect the faulty one.

First call logged 28 Feb. Second call on 17th March. Call seabourne on 22march.
I've not had a working console since 27th Feb.

I need to make some complaints or something cause this is ridiculous.

I'm in cape town
Any help and advise would be appretiated.

I know that http://www.powercare.co.za handles some of the warranties/servicing of Xbox issues...

However I'd best suggest using the online chat function, should at least work faster than emails...

Yes i followed the process on xbox support.
i have a reference number it shows a status "in repair". Then next step is the courier is supposed to collect my xbox but this has not happened. I called them and confirm they will collect it but i got no confirmation and no one called me back after more than a week.

i'm slightly p'oed that i received a faulty console in the first place and would like to contact the company supplying the consoles directly.

The courier issue i'm still also trying to sort out, but that doesnt guarentee that i receive a working console.

So after many calls to Microsoft and Seabourne dropping the ball every time. Eventually i got a replacement that works about a week ago. I just received a courtesy call from Microsoft apologizing for the problems i've been experiencing and the delays (no xbox from 28 feb til 8th may) they would like to compensate me with 3 month gold membership. That is what i call service. i never asked for anything but they felt that i should be compensated even when it was the courier company and service centre who messed up.

I've very happy with this outcome. Thumbs up Microsft.
