Hi hope everyones well
So about 10 days ago I purchased a Xbox one s Digital edition and during this week it's been giving me issues where it would switch on and instantly switch off again. It gave me a error E200 000000EF 00000000 and I contacted Microsoft they told me to try to rese8it and I did but it got stuck at 50% then they told me to book it for repairs online and they will come collect it take it in for inspection and see whether it needs repairs or replacement.Does Microsoft ship it over to the US for repairs or do they have repair centres in South Africa?I was told this will be between 2-4 weeks ..I'm still shocked over the fact that I only owned the console for 10 days and it started giving me problems already wheres I have my PS3 for more then 6 years and it's still running

Ask for refund and wait for next gen

They will have it checked out by an agent in South Africa, I'm not sure who Microsoft uses, unfortunately it's just your bad luck.

This is not unique to XBox. It happens to all consoles or let me rather say all electronics. You'll always get that one and unfortunately you got one.

They do have repairs centres in South Africa, hope you get it fixed.
