Quick one. My latency on my XBONE is about 367ms. (as per Detailed Network Statistics)

Is this high for SA?

The Detailed Network Statistics is the latency to the Microsoft authentication server in the US, which has little affect on your gaming experience. If you play a game which is server based, you'll likely connect to a EU server which will have better latency.

But to directly answer your question, that is quite high. Mine is around 300ms when doing a test via Settings.

He is based in Cape Town, he has a quicker route to the USA than you. Yours is normal for the States, rather compare local pings (or international) on servers that you play.
