XBox or PS3 ???

Warhawk is only R275, hardly retail price.
But yea I do get what you are saying.
My whole point is that the PSN is nowhere near as bad as everyone makes it out to be and lets not forget that we can play international lag free (not noticable) games where as xbox cant!

Warhawk is online play only as well isn't it?

What burns me is Sony is bringing in mouse & keyboard support for UT3, I'm pretty sure all the following FPS/RTS games will follow suit. C'mon Xbox give us the support!

Don't worry, I'm sure its just a question of a driver download or system update or something. Xbox is practically a pc anyways.

On Warhawk - That's the same as you'd end up paying if you bought a game retail then sold it/traded it - Which you can't do with a download.

?!?

Dude come now, just because it's Friday Afternoon doesn't mean you can turn into a complete 'tard and sprout utter bull****.

It is physically impossible to play lag free from South Africa to the US or Europe. There is a little detail called 'c' that prevents that. The best you can aim for as a consumer is around 180-200ms on a dedicated diginet line. On unshaped ADSL you're likely to get 250-300ms, shaped 400ms+

Your "lag free" is simply "game corrected" and is not unique to the PS3 in any way as Halo, TOB and COD4 all do it and are all completely playable on International hosts via the 360. which is where we should bring up the other little issue.

At least all 360 games can be hosted and matchmade locally and aren't dependant on international servers. On XBL there also is no situation, like there was for MGS3 online and about a dozen or so other PS3 games a few months back, where the publisher got gatvol and shut down the servers effectively killing online play for those games. Because it's peer hosted, centrally managed, and paid for by the users, XBL games will always be available online, and as long as there are players you can play.

Sheesh, things getting heated at lazy's blog, things getting heated here, people being called apes at the ps3za forums....all in all a good day. :D

I seriously don't understand why there still needs to be a console war. All 3 of the consoles target different audiences. Just pick the one that'll best fit your needs.

Wii - Party games and Nintendo exclusives.
PS3 - Media machine. Has a Blueray player.
360 - Testosterone filled fratboys' dream.

Coming from a fanboy himself?

Err? What?

I don't think anyone can label me a fanboy. I have a 360, Wii, PSP, DS, PS2, PC.

Please get your facts straight before you post. Otherwise you just end up looking like a troll.

I know the exact reason he posted his fanboy comment!
And the reason is this...
360 - Testosterone filled fratboys' dream.

I know its your opinion, but im sure it is many's opinion that the ps3 is a Testosterone filled fratboys' dream, and there in lies the problem!

The reason I said that was because:

1) It's how Microsoft markets the thing
2) There's no games, 'cept for Viva Pinata, on it that my GF can/wants to play
