I purchased a Xbox Wireless adaptor for Windows and the audio won't output when headphones are plugged in to the 3.5mm jack on the Xbox One controller. Tried the latest drivers and still no luck. The test noise won't play in the headphones yet the sound output device on the PC changes automatically to Xbox Headphones. Anyone has any suggestions? Does the adapter carry chat only? Is it only for Microsoft games from the store?
