Xbox360: Burnout Paradise

After hearing good things and playing the demo, I bought Burnout Paradise

Brilliant game... weird Underground 2 concept (Free Roam)

I do however have 1 minor issue. I cannot play online. It says I've got a "Limited Xbox Live Account" when trying to connect to any of the online events. Do I need a certain level membership (Gold/Silver) to play online?

Gold=Live=Gold , but that would apply to anything online, not just Paradise

Got the harddrive, realised my Live account is set in New Zealand... Ive got friends there so i'll bribe them to get me a 12month gold subscription

Thnx Doobiwan, the "Only for EU consoles", is that for EU accounts? or actual hardware? I have no idea where to find where my console was built

It doesn't matter where the console was made it depends on which Live server you are signed up with...

If you hand over your gamertag we could see which server it is registered with (presumably NZ) and then let you know from there.

Burnout's online ability is fantastic

Point is, gamepointsnow also sell Gold for US accounts now, it's been like that for a few weeks now.
