Hi guys
Yeah, I know, older than the dinosaurs, but I just like my old game library along with my 5 yearold.

So, the issue:
Replaced my old Xbox360 with another got second hand. Hardware etc, all good. However, come to realise there are/were issues regarding licence migration from an Xbox360 to another Xbox360.

Reports say its been fixed, but I'm still having an issue and can't get the new xbox set as my home device, so can play offline.

Anybody, by any stroke of luck, know of solutions? I've not had no luck from Microsoft support and google just sends me to old videos and posts about the problem, but no resolution.

From what I recall, on my XBOX 360, all you need to do is make sure that you complete the license transfer on the XBOX website, I'm sorry I can't remember exactly where this link is. (This is incorrect)

You need to transfer your licenses to your replacement console.
This is under setting and account management on the replacement Xbox 360 and applies to the gamertag that is currently logged in.

Then re download the game/software so that he license transfers to your replacement XBOX 360.
You can't set your replacement XBOX 360 as your home console as this was only a feature from the XBOX One Onwards.

Try This

If that doesn't work, as you say, you will need to be signed in on the purchasing Gamer profile in order to run the game.
