Hey all,

I am an avid online gamer. I use xfire (basically a gaming themed chat program)
to communicate which works through international server.

Is there anyway i can get xfire working on a local only account?

I heard about a proxy? please help guys

X-fire need's to connect to thier servers every few or so minutes, this is how it keeps track of what you are playing.

Sadly, It won't work on a Local only account, although I have heard of people on Axxess getting to work on Local only accounts, as the data sent is so little.

As for Proxy server's I am not to sure on that one, but Xfire uses soo little bandwith even the updates are small. should be no problem, if you only got 1GB of int bandwith

Sadly I have no idea :/ It would be nice if they'd just implement offline tracking, but that would make it so easy for some people to cheat.
