Xiaomi Mi TV Box S Netflix error

Good day

I got my xiaomi mi tv box s today, plugged it in and setup everything.

When I opened Netflix it gave me error ui-800-3.

I have tried:
1. Resetting the tv box
2. Unplugging the tv box for 1 minute
3. Unplugging my wifi for 1 minute
4. Updated the Netflix app
5. Force stopped the app and tried to reopen

Does anyone have any advice?
