Being a bit slow....I need a phone which takes a data mtn sim and a normal mtn contract sim ? Getting confused with nano and micro etc.

Need to operate the phone normally and then use data sim to google products when on the move. Good battery needed too. Seems like the 4100 one is best ?

Which one is the best then ? Not the huge screen ones.

Thanks

Thanks guys but it seems the battery life of those will negate any advantage of being able to Google on the move ? Perhaps just stick to the Note 3 with the better battery and get more data on my MTN contract ?
Still no idea what it means, "dual sim, micro-sim, nano-sim,dual standby" ?
Seems the Note 3 has the loudest ring at 75db ? am I reading that right? Little bit deaf.........

Means it takes two sims, one is a micro sim, one is a nano sim. Both are on standby at the same time.

Seems you really do need Google. Search for sim card sizes.

Way back you could mount 2 SIMs in a phone, but only one was turned on at a time. Dual standby means that both SIM's can listen for incoming signal. But, normally, you can only have a signal party conversation. i.e can't use both for a call at the same time. The phone's software will allow you to dedicate one to data and another to voice. You can also dedicate one to sms.

Google is my friend....:D

So if I have my router's MTN data sim and my contract sim in together all will be well ? I'm trying to avoid having my gadget swinging from the car mirror and connecting via wifi when I need to get info on a product ?

Am I complicating the simple here ? Be honest, my skin is thick as a rhino..;)

Xiaomi sells power banks aswell... can grab them from Takealot or MIA.

I might be dreaming but my S3 seems to be charging slowly now at home after a 3 week road trip ?

Starting the car while phone is plugged into the charger can do some funky stuff to a phone especially with cheaper chargers and generic cables
