Xiaomi Redmi 4A Repair

I have a Xiaomi Redmi 4A which requires a repair. It looks like the battery is dead. (unremovable) The handset is out of warranty. Where can I get this repaired in Johannesburg? I don't want to send it back to MIA because of the cost.
