Xiaomi Redmi Note marks some calls as spam

My bloody Xiaomi Redmi Note marks some calls as spam and the are not spam. Especially from Outsurance and FNB. I went to the stock dialer, settings and Block Calls setting is switched to Off. Then I checked in the stock security app under blocked call list and that is also switched to Off. Auntie Google can't even find a solution.
Would anyone here one cyberspace be able to help?
