So who of you have got yourself absolutely ****faced at you year end functions??:D
 
Ours is pretty late this year :/

But we're a small company (10 people) and we just go for a lunch. The 3 or 4 outgoing ones generally go for drinks afterwards, but nothing at the function itself.
 
I make a point of not getting ****faced at these work parties.
Things happen and you do/say things you shouldn't.

It is always noticed!

i intend to go buy myself a few bottles of tequila and get **** faced.... but that's because I run my own company and don't have a xmas party.... however, this is my first year so maybe I should have!

OMG SECRET SANTA IS GOING TO ROCK!!!
 
No x-mas function in my company at all this year, all divisions have been barred from having them.

At my company that's pretty much the definition of the year end function...

However I was exhausted and hadn't slept much in the last 3 days so went "home" early (they book out like a whole venue so everyone stays there and doesn't have to drive etc).
 
I got **** faced. Lekker naam weg gegooi. Luckily I never go to my Companies offices.
 
I hate any kind of office social gathering. I spend 10-14 hrs a day with these people, why do I want to spend my free time with them?
