XP 32bit on 64bit mobo

Hey

I am currently using Vista Ultimate x64...

Considering installing XP 32bit...

I've got a 64bit mobo...

What would the difference in performance be?

As Killadoob said, drivers and not much else.

That is, until you start playing certain games, heavy video or audio editing, or using databases, and you start hitting the 4 gig memory limit problem of the 32 bit platform.
