I've got a prolem with XP Pro which is on dual boot (with Vista). When I log in it gives a message box saying that I've got 5 days to activate with options yes & no. When I enter 'yes' it says that windows has been activated :(.

Any ideas???

When you go to start-->program-->accessories-->system tools-->activate windows, what does it say?

Windows is activated

Backup your registry, then delete the following value:
My Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ Current Version --> LicenceInfo.

Thereafter it should allow you to activate windows again with your original key as long as you haven't made any major hardware changes since Xp was originally installed. Good luck:)
