the other one:

If I had to hazard a guess, some sort of trojan/virus infected your PC at some stage and your AV removed it. Unfortunately removing those two files (OGAZEXEC.exe and wisys16-071113.dll) in the process. Maybe try run a Windows repair?

Alternatively, press Windows key + R, type in msconfig, press enter, go to the Startup tab and check for either of those files there. If they're present, remove the tick next to them, apply the settings and restart.

Those don't look like windows system files, so as mentioned above, probably a virus that was removed by AV or something. If they don't appear in msconfig, try searching the registry for those names and delete any entries that they are listed under. It shouldn't break anything as the files are already missing...

I actually did that.. well I did it at Ccleaner..

And the only thing now that is running is:

PCSUIT and AVG

nothing else

and still the error pops u..

And in the meantime you could have probably re-installed windows a dozen times over. In my experience, chasing these weird errors is just a waste of time. Re-install and be done with it.

Actually you see.. I don't know where my original disc is anymore. I have a copied one, but I don't want to get a fake copy for a real copy. And plus, I have many things on there that I would like to keep.

But I have thought about it. And I don't think it's going to work..

does anyone have any other solutions?

Create another user account with admin privileges and see if it gives the same errors while logging in, if not then migrate all your stuff over to the new account and delete the old one! Cheap shot but worth a bash.

All you need is your serial number / product key / license code and a non OEM disk with Windows XP SP3 on it.
The physical disk is not your license, that looong number is your license.

Not that I am advising you to re-install.

The solution already presented by Random717 should do the trick.

Start, Run
REGEDIT-- Enter
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\ NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Look for Shell
Double click 'Shell' make sure it just says Explorer.exe (possibly click behind .exe and press delete to remove the reference to OGAZEXEC.ece)

I see.. but you know I don't know if the version that I have actually fits the one that is on my PC.. but anyway..

Um.. I don't really know how to do his trick, thats why I left it out..

But will research it alittle..

Thanks

How do I find them? I tried looking for them.. but I don't know how..

Um.. I got to the part where I must double click on "shell" I did.. and nothing happens..

nothing on the left shows up.. like it just has something called "default"

My suggestion as well.

I tried the new use thing.. it takes out the OGAZEXEC.ece 0x7c92cede 0x0000000 Eithe debug or exit one, but the run.dll is still there..

but thanks anyway, that's one solved..

one to go.. :)

Nice! :)

I can't say exactly what that rundll is used by, you would need a process explorer to find out what its linked to, if its not a critical system process then you can block it from running at startup. Spybot has a startup process killer tool if you don't have one.

Yeah, I was happy lol..

Anyway, run.dll, well I have CCleaner.. If you read above. but nothing shows.. (niether on msconfig.. )

I just want to block it, because it takes forever for the PC to start, because it loading the error..

Anyway, thanks.. I'll download the process explorer..
