Xperia T - Sound Problems [solved]

I couldn't hear the person on the other end of a phone call but the phone ring was fine. Rebooted twice. Nada. No sound on external speaker for music either. Fiddled, searched, scratched head....zip

Then remembered that I had used the headphones earlier in the morning. I reattached the headphones, played then stopped a tune and then disconnected the headphones.

Problem solved and has not reoccurred

Weird!
