Xperia Z5 no can do video call

I just acquired the Xperia z5 and I'm rather disappointed that it has no integrated video calling app like my Samsung galaxy had. Any suggestions for an app that won't require the other party to have same installed?
 
Ya, I never knew androids had a native video calling, not built into the stock dialer. Even then you can only call other androids, Apple has facetime,which is apple only.

Vudeo calling qas oddly a dumb phone feature.

How did it work with Samsung, could u then call an iPhone, Windows phone, an actual android using actual android software?

Technically hangouts would be androids video call app that would technically native

I think Android replaced Talktime with hangout for video calls.. A while back.
