Xtra view not working

Hi there

My xtra view hasnt been working since Thursday. I called DSTV on friday, and was like number 159 in the queue. Held on spoke to a technician and he went throught the settings etc. Said everything looks fine, and the reason for the high call volumes was everyone xtraview was not working and the fault was on DSTV side.

I had 2 channels working on Sunday and 1 channel working last night.

Does anyone know anything about this? Any idea when it will be resolved?

We had the same issue with our xtraview on Friday the heartbeat went trough but the SD PVR kept on saying that we do not have a valid PVR subscription so you cant pause/rewind or get into the playlist.yet the HD PVR worked normally
well at least it fixed itself on Saturday morning.
