Xtraview 2 x 3B decoders

Good afternoon
Recently purchased 2 3B decoders to replace old models. My 2nd decoder gets heartbeat the moment I connect the cable and I'm able to watch all channels. It never receives heartbeat after that and after around 15 minutes I get E143 and can only access channel 100. Why would I get initial heartbeat and not subsequent. I have checked main decoder and it keeps sending.

Try a heartbeat generator. SpaceTV sell them. Worked for me

It possible the signal is not strong. Have you checked the cable and connections? Is it direct?

Direct from smart lnb. I don't understand why I would get the very 1st HB and nothing thereafter? Is this the HB generator?
