Xtraview problem

Can anyone assist me. I have an explorer with a dsd 1110 decoder as the secondary running heartbeat from Explored RF out to dsd RF in and cable from dsd rf out to the room . I use to be able to view both signals in the room and at some point it just stoped working. Tried changing the UHF signal but just the primary explorer signal is picked up in the room when I try tuning in the tv and not the dsd decoder signal.

Are you sure that the settings haven't been messed up due to a software update?

I have found that the most reliable for a heartbeat cable to run, is RF OUT > RF OUT, not RF OUT > RF IN, as you have described.
