Xymon help needed (Hobbitmon)

Anyone here used this monitoring solution?

I'm having a problem with ir reporting the incorrect memory utilisation.

It says 84% awhen in fact it's only 55%.

I was wondering if I'm missing something in the config or it's a known error.

I havent used it but maybe its reporting the physical RAM usage rather then the Physical + Virtual Memory usage?
