Hi all, my ADSL keeps disconnecting. I get a svchost error and then if I click OK or Cancel it screws up my connection. I cannot disconnect or reconnect without restarting... I have scanned for viruses and spyware and its still here. Any idea what could be causing this?

Check your firewall settings, make sure svchost has full access. Download avg free adn ewido free and scan your pc again, you never know you might have a little virus or spyware somewhere.

Windows? Re-install using your Suse10.1 DVD

Maybe download a progy called "win socks fix" if u can stay online long enough.
Iv used this app a few times and it seems to do the trick but a format-reload would be better suited to ur problem in the long run i believe.

thats the answer for every windows issue. format and reinstall. i even got my progs HDD and os HDD (makes formatting quick easy and pain free)
