People have been complaining about the ineffectiveness of our criminal justice system, talking about corrupt law and practices, this may be interesting to some of us
Government can not influence the Judiciary, it is a constitutional provision, that seperates the Executive and Judicial arms of Government. And we have seen the Judiciary taking senior Government leaders to task ( too many to mention )
so a dissatisfaction with Govt, does not mean you neccessarily have to be dissatisfied with the Judiciary, yet so many people are
the truth is that the Judiciary has not yet been transformed completely, and many of the judges on the bench, were there before 1994, 55 percent of Judges are white - this makes it interesting when one is thinking about who to blame for what some people call a corrupt and ineffective judiciary
