If one takes the difference of the cost of living in Japan and here into account, Telkom can't charge more than R10 for what they are offering as ADSL [8D]

In many other countries ADSL is sooo cheap, and here a country with some of the best IT people is practically in the dark ages regarding ADSL. .. rant..
