Well I suppose my statement was more sided to my personal character and a few other people that I've come across.

But I know of people, that had started out on 400cc and then get bored or frustrated at faster runners passing by.

But you're quite right, it is more of a personal thing, as I do know plenty of bikers whom still believe in their 400's and 600;s, etc.
