How much would it be worth for a trade-in? 2008 model...

What would you guys trade it in for? :)

Im just getting gatvol of the thing, it lacks power, and the Fi4isken clutch is going to drive me insane... They seem to have these weird soft clutches, the engine is too soft for me to hear it, so i keep dying out going up slopes like a damn noob.

PM what you want... i am interested in getting one.

do this: speak to a dealer and ask them for s straight buy out price, not a trade in price on one of their floor models .... just a buy out price ... and the price i gave you should be pretty spot on as to a "trade" price a dealer will give ... what are you looking at getting price wise?

I dont know, the Toyota folks said 100k something, but listen im only speculating on what to get, which card would you think a 100k downpayment and R2000 pm would I be able to get? *insurance included*

My brother got one as a loan car after a BMW smashed him into the car in front of him... Took it for a short stint around the block. The car has like F-ALL feedback :p You can stand dead still and turn the steering lock-to-lock your friggen tongue. Clutch is also vague as hell :/

Might be better if you're at speed. Around the block here is around 1.5km up and down some hilly roads. The best feature is probably that you can turn on a dime. There's a dead end in the one segment. I had to do a 3-point turn with the Alfa 156 the other day, but the Yaris basically allows you to do it without any forethought at all. The Yaris could probably do a u-turn in a double garage without much effort.

If you wanna sell your car check Autotrader to see what you should ask for it then put it on Gumtree.

hahaha. honestly speaking the Yaris is a women's car. it's very soft and slow too... my girl has one. it sips petrol with a straw... it's a nice car though:D

If you think the T3 is bad, consider me, my wife has a T1...I almost everytime moer the clutch through the firewall, if it has one, so soft is that damn thing, the engine is just whack, can't overtake...but I put in R300 petrol for the whole month!!! We also looking at trading it for something faster but still good on feul, like a diesel hatch or something!

I traded my Yaris T3+ Sedan (58000km on the clock) for around R105k during March this year. Decent trade value, considering I bought it, brand new, for R135k 2,5 years prior.

Strange - some people love the Yaris others hate it. My wife gets to drive all sorts of newish models from the car pool at the university and oddly enough she prefers a Hyundai i10 over a Yaris for the exact reason - the clutch. Well, that and the ride and handling in general.

Personally I hate center mounted spedometers because they are saving costs by not making dedicated LHD and RHD dashboards.

Good luck selling your Yaris.
