Yay - Lost weight

End January - Yesterday

Down 5% BF, now 15% BF

Any tips, i'm stuck on 23% BF and 98kg :sick: and ive been really pushing on both cardio and weights (light with high reps) and my diet is not too bad.

Yeh - picked up a ton in December... 123.4kg :p Down to 107.5kg, trying to decide whether I want to be 95kg or 100kg.
 
i am 1.84m, and started with my diet on the 16th of jan and since then i have lost about 12.5 kg. i am at 99kg now.. feel a lot better...
 
All I did was limit portion sizes and take ot almost all carbs - and LOTS of water-
Dutchman did you do a body stat to see muscle loss vs water vs fat loss
 
I have cut out all carbs from my diet and in 4 weeks went from 95 kg to 90 kg.

I have come to realise that carbs are poison in my body, the same as Tim Noakes are saying now.

I thought he said that you get at least two types of people... people who can "handel" carbs and those who can't.

There is no one shoe fits all, but I am happy that it is working for you.

I'm following the calorie in calorie out rule - create deficit and you WILL lose, obviously some are healthier than others
 
I've lost 2kg since last week Monday on the Weigh Less Eating Plan which includes 45min of stationary cycling 5 times a week.
No carb deprivation but also virtually no refined sugar or saturated oils either.
 
so how much to go till all your goals - I have 7% - (Wanna be 8% BF before trying to build) this equates to 5kg's of fat ^_^ prob month and a half to go if my body behaves
