yet another iphone question!! - upgrade

Sorry for yet another iphone question.
I have a talk 130 contract that is due for upgrade. I am keen for a iphone but i am not sure how much i would have to pay in.
any ideas??

sorry, dumb question but what is a talk 103?

I know on vodacom they have (had) the iphone 8gig on a weekend s package for 399 a month, no pay in, don't know if its still running though
