Yoga

Currently doing it as part of a home exercise program which includes a very tough cardio workout.
Lost 8Kg already.

Have to be honest. It is bloody hard work and really gets the sweat going!
 
why are you looking at doing it? IE what do you want to achieve?

I have heard that it is really good for flexibility and just general body wellbeing, as well as relaxing for your mind, which is what I need at the moment.

My neck also gives me pains and it seems like yoga can help me.
