Does anyone know where to get non-dairy non-soy yogurt in Cape Town?
I'm guessing something made with coconut or rice milk.
My daughter is on a whole gluten free, casein free diet so this makes normal yogurt off limits. The problem she goes to school and tries to eat the other kids yogurt only cos she is not allowed to have it herself.
