Do you prefer full cream, double cream, low fat or fat free ?

I normally go for low fat.

What is your favourite flavour?

Woollies has a 'white peach' that is quite delicious :)
 
I love full cream but for some unfathomable reason, my local shops only stock the low fat variety:sick:
 
I love yogurt!!

I have 2x100g tubs a day, one smooth and one with fruit pieces in . Those I buy low fat but when it is treat time I enjoy the Ayrshire range from Woolies, yummy!

Double thick Greek yogurt is great too (once a year :o )

Favorite flavor is Strawberry :love:
 
I like strawberry. I only have it with Muesli tho, which means i don't have it often at all because I usually have mielie meal porridge for breakfast.

I like the Woolworths smooth strawberry flavour. It's amazing. The one from PnP is too sweet but the Woolworths one has the best balance.
 
Blood Orange.

I know, the name sounds awful but the flavour is very understated; don't like overwhelming flavours in yoghurt.
 
I buy that 2l milk bottles of yoghurt they sell at PnP and and drink from the bottle. That's my breakfast.
 
Homemade yoghurt sweetened with honey or vanilla pods is so delicious. Also love thick Greek yoghurt.

I pretty much gave up on yoghurt when I discovered that all the low fat stuff which is so predominant on shelves is full of carbs

these days its mainly Woolies double cream Greek style or the luxury Ayrshire range
 
Just discovered Woolies Caramel Yoghurt. YUM

I always buy low fat or fat free. :)
 
Dairybelle Fruits of the Forest has little pieces of fruit in it :eek:

Well they're probably from a farm not a forest but this is still pretty cool :eek:
