In the Western Cape, heard on the radio that 6 babies died.

what a crap one - no pun intended.

Had it myself for the last 4 days, 3 of those days I slept for 15 hours each day and could not stand up without vomiting, was practically bed bound. Could not stomach anything, I also learned that Knor cup a soup looks exactly the same on the way out as it does on the way in.

Can't imagine how bad it must be for a baby.

Anyways, I took some medazine and Imodium and tomorrow I'll be in the gym again (not really **** that lmao gonna eat a chite load to catch up on the last 4 days of not eating.)

Check your potassium out or you could be in for a fright.


I got gastro last year, three weeks later my HR was a hundred and plenty just getting up, two months later I was little more than a vegetable.

Knew another person who also went down with gastro. Only now is she actually feeling back to her old self almost a year later.

There was some seriously nasty bug going around

Potassium? I'm allergic to Avocado and Bananna.

That sounds more serious than gastro that which you had :o

I've had gastro meningitis before and I was in the hospital on drip for about a week, but not as bad as yours.
 
Lose Potassium with gastro. Plays havoc with your heart rate etc

Yeah well it started with bad gastro, a hiatus then all hell breaking loose
