You cant check your Data usage.

So I gave Neotel a call just to find out how much Data I've used so I can compare it to netlimiter's stats cos I only installed it a few days later.

The guy tells me that he cannot check my data until they have developed the online system for us, but he can check how many free minutes I have left. wohoo.
 
I thought you just needed to send an e-mail to [email protected] and they would have their technicians check and send you a reply? You mean they can't even do that?

It's a good thing I fought for the uncapped. I would be in trouble every single month.

Just sent them a mail now to see if they can reply with my usage.
I'm going for uncapped in November, just busy paying Iburst at the moment too.
 
I thought Neotel could tell you how many gigs you've used or not yet ?
Hope once they do develop a system, it must say how many available minutes/gigs and what services are activated like : Call waiting etc.
