I made this as part of a bigger program:

Mega Link to .exe

Hopefully someone else will find it useful

Code:
Flags:
[default]	It will output the worst case scenario based on CoCT/Eskom
-eskom Forces it to use Eskom as a source, will fallback to CoCT if broken
-coct Forces it to use CoCT as a source, will fallback to Eskom if broken
-durban	Forces it to use CoCT as a source, will fallback to default if broken
 -verbose	Verbose output
-nosplit	Outputs 3 instead of 3A or 3B
 -help Help text

Outputs:
 -1 Error or no internet
0,1,2,3,3A,3B	The current load shedding status based on your settings above

Tested on Windows 7 x64

Source:
https://github.com/Ashfaak/LoadSheddingStatus

Let me know if it works or doesn't.

1.0.0.2
Added Durban

1.0.0.1

1.0.0.0

I got that but I think that's because it signed.

Now IE and BitDefender block it saying it's malicious. They don't even give me the option to proceed. I need to tone down my security settings :p

Neat, wish Durban had an API.

Added http://www.durban.gov.za/City_Services/electricity/Load_Shedding/Pages/default.aspx as a source.

Not as easy as the other two, but it should work. Updated the app.

Chrome picks it up as malware my side and blocked the download.

My friends noticed this. It's either because Google hasn't crawled a website which was hosting the exe and determined that it wasn't malicious, or it detects all autoit compiled code as malicious. I don't think I can do much about that unfortunately.

Now IE and BitDefender block it saying it's malicious. They don't even give me the option to proceed. I need to tone down my security settings :p

:wtf: I suspect IE is using the same database as Chrome. I tried uploading it to Google Drive initially, but it logged me out of all my devices saying there was 'unusual activity' on my account.

Are you using BitDefender Internet Security?

Rather just release the code, its so daft to be giving out exe's.

But what if I want to patent it? :D

It was meant to be used with windows task scheduler with a batch file to schedule hibernation when necessary. I made it for my friends and put it here if someone found it useful. I should probably have mentioned that.

I'll PM anyone the source if they want it.
