Free? Bing aka Co-pilot aka Microsoft Designer. Alternatively, Whatsapp has AI that can generate images - it's not the best, but it's something.

I was forced into making this image.

Used pixlr's AI to remove the slayer but the otter, lighting and pose is done in blender.

Removing things from a scene with AI makes a nice template but yeah, not really ai generated art. This joke on the other hand ran way too far and ended right before I placed a super shotgun in his hand and a knife glove thing in the other.
