Your airtime balance is low

Does anyone know what the threshold is of this message. I'm new to MTN.
Every time I phone I first have to listen to this annoying "your airtime balance is low blah blah" message before being connected. My balance is about R90.

It might be that you have lots of free airtime that only counts for MTN to MTN calls and a low actual airtime balance.

No free airtime - just normally purchased prepaid airtime

I think its a permanent message on prepaid. im going to load R200 month end and check.
