That's the same as OpenDNS.
Not such a biggy.
I prefer the fastest DNS server available and would stick with my local security and adblocking.

More like a managed pi-hole instance but with finer controls, like adding AdGuard blocklists to a profile just for Windows, then having a separate profile just for Chrome on Windows.
Servers are local.
