Your Latency lately on EU Realms

I am just wondering what kinda latency have you guys been getting on WOW lately?
What connection you use?
And what was you average MS last few weeks.

I am on MTN HSDPA using E220 modem getting Latency of 700-1000 with spikes
last few weeks use to be better 350-600.

I even extended the modem and putten it up on wall with usb extension cables.

I know threads like these are all over these forums but they derail too fast lets keep it on topic this time.

1.Post connection type.
2.Post Latency you got on wow last 3 weeks.
3.Must be on Eu realms.
 
1. 384k Unshaped - Webafrica (using SAIX atm, haven't tested Verizon lately)
2. Only been home for a week: 250 - 400ms (Running WoW on 2 machines)
3. EU - Spinebreaker

Note: Struggled to log on yesterday afternoon but once in, no problemos at all.
Another note: Have run WoW on 3 machines with around 100ms increase max.
 
1. Unshaped 4mb - Axxess (SAIX)
2. 250-300ms stable
3. Eu - Lightbringer
 
Really good pings looks like ill have to go to neotell or ask hellkom for a line after my mtn contract goes offline.

Hmm so you're saying that axxess semi shape is reliable enough for wow ?

I've always been very wary of IS when it comes to online gaming.

I'll be moving to saix unshapped soon. Hoping for better latency. I think it also depends on your area. Im in stellies.
 
On my std saix shaped I have found wow insanely laggy the last week and a bit especially between 7pm and 9pm.

Normally I average 550ms on shaped but it has been spiking up to 4seconds :/

Unshaped is fine, I stably average 280ms

I also have the same connection. But I get 320ms when I log on, then it jumps and settles near 400ms. In cities it rises to about 600-650ms. Average I'd say is around 400-500ms.

While I was using SAIX Unshaped it was 300-400ms.

I'm on Tarren Mill pvp

When I started playing last year December:

Microsoft Vista
384k ADSL
Telkom Shaped
Twilight's Hammer
800 - 1000ms (75% +/- Stable)

Around March this year:
Microsoft Vista
384k ADSL
Imaginet Unshaped
Registry Hack (Nagle Algorithm or whatever, and yes, it DOES work with Vista about 100ms difference)

The unshaped alone got me to about 400 - 500ms, after the reg hack was consistently down to around 300 - 400ms.

Recently upgraded to 4MB and did have a slight affect making sure I stay between 250 and 350ms even in populated areas like shatt and BG's. Still with Imaginet and haven't experienced any performance problems at all over the past 3 months. Always been consistent between 250 and 350, maybe two spikes in 3 months that lasted about 2 minutes.

Axxess mixed over IS is definitely a bit higher in latency than SAIX.

Yesterday it was better, never going above 500ms. The weekend however, was unplayable.
 
I was sitting around 2000 on trollbane last night..

When i went back to my main server it was also on 1000. Something wasnt right.
