How is your municipality doing? Emfuleni is coming apart at the seams. Vast areas now only have refuse collection once every two weeks. Sewerage still being pumped (or is it "leaked"? I dunno....) into rivers. Potholes capable of ripping cars apart, on major routes. Electricity provision less reliable with each passing year. Water interruptions on the increase. Some areas have not had streetlights switched on for 2 years.
Overall, Emfuleni a 3 out of 10.
