Hi all,

Spoke to a mate and we were comparing how many successful projects we've had compared to total projects and cancelled projects.
Whats your "score" at or have all your projects been successes

Where I work (for the last four years) we've never had a 100% successful release. Something always goes wrong

On my end (apps and deployments) :
14 on-time successful releases
7 delayed releases
6 cancelled projects (PM's got specs worng, client PK'd company and Client) - Old company though

Oh of course. We usually have releases on Sunday's as none of our clients operate on Sundays. So we have enough time to rollback, fix and roll forward

sheesh, can't even count. most successful, those that are delayed 99% of the time the client's fault (changing the spec, yay)
