Scenario:
You have to build a new full stack CRUD application.
It can be web / cloud based, an offline app executable for PC/Mac/Linux or a mobile app.
You get to make all the calls deciding what technology to use.

What stack are you most comfortable shipping in?

Most comfortable. .net 4.something, SQL Server, iis. But it's probably not the way of the future.

which UI in nuxt?
Mostly vuetify.
And then a sprinkling of vanilla bootstrap based projects (not the component library version)

Not a huge fan of material design as such, but vuetify’s API is really nice to use and allows us to churn out UIs.

Busy playing around with Naive UI too, really liking it so far, but we aren’t using it “commercially” as it is vue3 only.
Once Nuxt 3 supports static site generation it will open some additional options

Depends on time and effort.
Small client website, WordPress.
Larger thing, .Net 5, postgres and Vue. Vuetify is also a probably depending on how theme should go, but at the point where it's pretty fast to build something using css grid and it's just a case of picking a basic styling framework.

With no other information:
Python+Django+postgres+redis+uvicorn on the backend.
Typescript+React+Material UI on the frontend.

I would need a very good reason to deviate from this setup.

I would use hyper automation and artificial intelligence to extend reality on a distributed cloud platform delivering multiple experience to software as a service and multi faceted internet behaviours.

I'd probably approach @Thor and tell him I was wrong about PHP and that I have this CRUD project I need done for [20% of what client is offering].

If he says no I'll block him on MyBB and slap together a .NET (EF + Razor pages or whatever), hand over the code when I get paid and bye bye, see you never.
