Your temu orders

Lol. I've ordered plenty online and have made use of various couriers... but the minute I place a temu order (not even delivered by buffalo yet) I get a payment scam sms :

Is there a way to bypass the R400 minimum order?
I placed an order yesterday for R137 with free shipping.
Granted that was an order to "win" discount vouchers.
It's nice to see they are still doling out their typical discount vouchers the save R5000 with R300 off R800 R400 off R1300 etc. I haven't made too many orders though, I think I’m only on order 6 by now

I've made 2 orders and now I'm hit with this minimum. R400 ain't so bad but sometimes I don't need to spend that.

I'll keep looking for those type of "discount"

It seems they show that spinning wheel thing to get the discounts when you follow Temu ad links on Facebook or similar into the Temu app.

Temu has this annoying new(to me) feature where they fudge the prices of things by dropping the displayed price with any vouchers you may currently have that will apply. It's caught me a few times now and then I see the price in the cart and I'm like WTF. Sneaky dishonest bastards

Puzzled be a bit too, but then realised that actually show the actual price too.

Worse, they split the vouchers across items selected, so you got to look carefully when monitoring prices.

The Freereward has been good to me, getting 30% back, once 40%. There has also been a recent price drop of items that I have been interested in, and one them earned me a R111 price adjustment. R934 item (and using R429 accumulated credit) I paid R505 to check out, then with the credit back I accumulated R337 freereward, and following the price drop thereafter a R111 price adjustment.

Taking my accumulated credit back to R448, I effectively spent R486 for the R934 item.
