As a general rule of thumb on most products expect to pay around 33% in and VAT and Duties.

The one exception to this rule is clothing were depending on the material you could pay up to 45% on duties + VAT.
 
Has anyone got a detailed invoice from buffalo yet?
Ive requested one several times before and filled in my details, nothing ever came after 5 days. The pro forma does not give any details at all

I'm assuming that cotton incurs higher tariffs? , nearly all my items were cotton

Second order on its way, (still waiting for first one) just under R1700 just paid R230 fees and taxes.
All stuff for woodworking.
 
So order came. The red lifter screws/bolts is a bit to big to sit flush with the plate. The slot to access the allen head to raise or lower is a bit out. Luckily it is aluminium, so easy to fix. Will build a proof of concept table (to test).

My Makita hand router fits nicely in the lift.

So after takings the pics, the solution will be to drill new holes using my drill press and cutting some threads with tap and die set.

So I'm going to work on about 25% going forward

Overall, a decent enough first impression

Same, calling, email form & WA is just a loop. Really bad form.

Will be requesting reshipment.

1000%! Did this now & the process was faaaar better.

Super easy on the site/App + actually able to talk to a human via chat.

Reshipment requested, now we wait (again).

Buffalo is clearly the ANC of the shipping world.
Yeah, there seems to be an issue at Buffalo.
On my order I have one address (the correct one). When tracking on Buffalo, it was a different one, about 30km away. How I actually got my order, I am not sure.
LOL. good luck!
