im not sure if im going to use it .2 items are over 8 k .with the voucher i can get one item for not much less than local .if i take both its worth it ,dont really need both unless i sell one on bob .basket is now over 13k for 3 items ,now we wait and see what they offer further

4k voucher and you're not sure if you'll be using it? If there's nothing specific you want, buy R4k of fun junk. Drones, endoscope, memory card, cell phone holder, power bank, car jump kit etc etc.
 
Part 1 of my first Temu order. Order was split into 3 packages all of them cleared customs already.

Bunch of stuff to decorate my bee room.

Most are decent quality. The floor mats not so much. Grammar and some spelling on the two bee information signs are terrible.

I think I got about R1k refunds in price adjustments that I used on my second order that's also already in the country. 20240425_184618.jpg

For 8k you can buy enough cell phone covers to put your local Paki shop out of business.

youre too impatient uncle ,temu is a game ,you just have to work the game ,my first voucher was 1 k didnt use it now its 4 k ,if it goes up ill use it ,maybe depends by how much ,its not going away they want our money and will entice us .

what are the conditions for the voucher?
 
7th order in, vacuum sealer bags, car valve caps, some more garden decorations, meat thermometer, more of those little cable holders with the magnetic clasps :), a tactical belt, a wallet. So will see what the tax is on it and the quality.
Still waiting on an order that's been with Fastway since Tuesday but no update from Fastway.
So was browsing my order history on takealot, some stuff that was like almost a grand 3 months ago, is now closer to the Temu price, think Takealot are feeling it.

Which belt? I ordered this one and the bloody clasp wont fit through the loops!

I realised this morning, as I was lodging a clawback with Wise for a Reliable.co.za purchase I made early in the year, that Temu is going to crush chancers like them.

The one with the clasp not that one, I saw that one and was like hmmm. I think Temu is going to crush a lot of these drop shippers, I mean for the small things like clips and cable management, even for some small car stuff, screws for PCs, little screw drivers, small tools and even some cables. The same things through 3rd party sellers on TAL are 3 times the price for now.

I've had great success doing that and most still with 2000mAh+ capacity but they are all low drain cells so somewhat limited in use.

From my experience only traditional couriers like Aramex Fedex DHL etc record ID numbers and submit that to Sars and count towards your 3 limit. Anything sent via Sapo or Buffalo doesn't count.

If you want high current draw then you'll have better luck with power tool batteries. Your local e-waste should have/get plenty of them.

All of them ask for ID, which they use as the customs code.

None of those companies put your imports under their name. That would be illegal.

The government are simply not enforcing that insane law.
