Your temu orders

I'm actually surprised the only item I've had a complaint with was those self-adhesive bath corner tape strips, and the quality itself is not bad at all, just the glue they used is rubbish. Would've sucked much more if I bought the exact same thing from CTM for 10x the price though heh.

Also, I can confirm they mostly don't like to handle glass of any kind, the mirrors, reflectors and stained glass art I got are all plastic and polished chrome-like, but decent at least.

This latest order is coming in via Skynet Couriers, not Buffalo.

Mine was some hooks that were supposedly strong enough to hold a plug, but it doesn't oh and coasters that are tiny :) but generally everything is roughly what I expected

Ordered flashlights worth R70 and Buffalo sends me this invoice. I understand the R8 odd for VAT and Duty but what in the world is the R40 Doc & Transfer Surcharge as per the attachment. Has anyone had anything like this before.

I thought that would start creeping in - so shipping is 'free', but 'handling' isn't

Yip, my latest order also has that line item. R42.61 but still not bad as total was R124 with that amount included on a R780 order

Would it be possible for you to find the details like the default username and, password, port for onvif or the url for rtsp please? Trying to scan and connect to an identical cam from Temu using onvif and rtsp but no luck. Thanks

Mine was just blank, if I recall, its usually the username / password you set in the app on the camera.

rtsp://<IPADDRESS>:554/0/av1 (or av0 for higher res)

My anime figure collection from temu, some had to be super glued due to shipping.
Over all quality is definitely better than I've seen some local. Detail isn't quite as good as the originals, but those originals are 1500 plus vs R130 to R260.

I mean it just holds the fig and for 30 bucks maybe just worth it. S24 ultra case and laptop stand, this delivery was man handled like crazy.
The one I received on Saturday had the bluetooth mouse and keyboard, this allowed me to play Civ 6 in bed on my Ally.20240603_142739.jpgIMG-20240603-WA0012.jpg.pending-1718023597-20240601_190351~2.jpg

How is that keyboard and mouse?

Had a logitech k380 keyboard and mouse - now that I'm back at the office, I only have a keyboard, mouse got liberated.

I mean it cost me R118, it's great for R118. The mouse is light and the buttons aren't very clicky. If you want a Bluetooth or wireless mouse that you don't mind losing sure. I've seen much better looking mice on there that might be better

Damn, bought some "cheap" stuff I don't really need again

I am interested in the build plate for my 3d printer, creates a very cool effect.

So did some digging and found this info below on Facebook (not sure how accurate) but will try and give it a shot.

What buffalo logistics will do is that they will add their own charges for services ( helping you ) .
Remember you did not hire them to help you BUT they were hired by SHEIN and SHEIN must pay for service fees not you .
So after requesting a tax invoice , ask them to reduce charges for the following.
1. Service fee
2. Docs and transfer surcharge .
These are charges that must be paid by Shen for using Buffalo logistics Not by customers.
You should only pay for duty and vat

Doubt that'll work. Many shipping companies charge these fees, and some are considerably more.

Ultimately, you're responsible for the import costs, not the seller.

Also, I've yet to have a response from Buffalo on anything.

I haven't received their detailed invoice either, just the pro forma they show ou. I asked a couple of times out of interest.

The average rate over all orders that I paid so far is 15%, so I am not too fussed.
