Personally I never received an sms. But the tracking updates said the post office can't deliver to my home address so I had to go fetch it at the post office myself.

With my previous Wish order I did get an "Urgent pickup" sms. Also had to go fetch that at the post office even though they should deliver at my home address.

I got a light for free. Had to pay taxes for that.
The other free thing wasn’t in stock so they gave me R400 in credit.

The coupons you have to spend in a week.
I used the R500 off an order from R2000 one.

The R900 of an order of R3000 I did not use, so it expired.

If they added the R400 and R900 coupons as credit instead of it expiring in a week, that would be nice.

Edit: you have 7 days to claim the reward and 3 days to use the coupon.

So essentially 10 days to use those coupons.

Use the buffalo site , at the bottom right you'll see a blue circle
Click it and use that for accurate tracking.
