It's an edit of TukUI and I have added Omen and Recount to only show in combat and take the right chat frame position.

I also use Lui. It looks freakin awesome and it is so clean. Added a few extra addons to assist my Mage and Rogue. Best UI for me so far.

That is one cool looking UI, gonna give it a bash even though I am in love with my custom one (no fancy artwork, just minimalistic design and utility).
