Youth leaders defy Zuma

Provincial ANC Youth League leaders have rallied behind their humiliated leader, Julius Malema, calling on the ruling party to discipline senior SACP leaders Blade Nzimande, Jeremy Cronin and Gwede Mantashe.

It also wants the ruling party to prevent the SACP from addressing the ANC's 98th anniversary celebrations in Kimberley on January 8 to "remind and put the alliance partners in their rightful place".

Hmmm, I don't believe that Malema is part of the ANC leadship, but Mantashe is. Yet it was Mantashe that put Malema in his place. :wtf:

Mind you, these guys were there during Apartheid and suffered directly, Julius has not a foot to stand on. I'm guessing he's going to get a reprimand of note soon.

I think the alliance was tested more under Mbeki. Malema will suffer the same fate and alliance will remain strong.
